Registering your product ensures you receive important warranty coverage, product updates, and eligibility for support should you ever need service.
You’ll be asked for your contact details, installation date, product type, installing dealer, and product serial numbers.
Serial numbers are formatted with a two-letter prefix (such as ES, SI, or US) followed by six digits. If you are unsure, your installing dealer can help provide this information.
No. Please do not attempt to retrieve serial numbers from an already-installed system. Contact your dealer if you cannot locate them elsewhere.
If your installer isn’t listed, or if the system was self-installed, you can choose “Other” on the form.
You can opt in to receive important product and warranty updates, a quarterly system owner newsletter, or choose not to receive emails.
