Aquatherm’s registered and certified Quality Management System (QMS) will provide continuous improvements – increasing resource efficiencies, deliverables quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
This voluntary achievement confirms Aquatherm’s unwavering commitment to quality-of-service standards, and lets our customers know that the company adheres to documented processes and procedures that ensure ongoing improvements in delivering global customer support. The company’s strict compliance with other quality standards including IAPMO, NSF and CSA helped fast-track the auditing process.

ISO 9001:2008 certification represents an international consensus on good management practices. It ensures the use of effective processes, which are consistently monitored and continually improved, with the aim of ensuring that an organization can repeatedly deliver products and services that meet the customer’s quality requirements. As part of the certification process, Aquatherm demonstrated to its auditors a company-wide understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and sound, documented management processes.
Aquatherm’s ISO Registration joins a long list of certifications and approvals for Aquatherm and its products, including the Florida Solar Energy Center, Solar Rating & Certification Corporation, International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials, City of Los Angeles, CSA International and most recently National Sanitation Foundation Standard 50 – a safety, durability, and toxicity standard sought by commercial pool owners and operators.
